This week really stresses to me that wedding season is upon us. Normally, I try to limit the amount of toppers I create to four or five. This week I have nine. That's 18 figures.
Fortunately, Linds is on break and had "volunteered" her time to helping me. Through all of this I have made a couple of observations...
No matter how much I think I am getting ahead, I tend to overextend myself.
I have now done so many wedding dresses that I can recognize designers.
I can't turn a job down, and conversely, there are a lot of people out there who don't think about their topper until a week before their wedding.
There are two types of customers out there; those who ask, and those who order first. Both amuse me.
And lastly, even though I am only sculpting, I am exhausted by eight at night.
